      • There was no soap, paper towels, or dispensers in the additional room's washroom sink.-Please provide the indicated items to ensure proper handwashing process.

      • There was no sanitizer bottle available in the additional classroom. Bleach bottle was brought in from the other classroom during the inspection.-Please provide well-labeled sanitizer bottle in the new classroom to ensure surfaces are properly cleaned and sanitized at the appropriate times.
