    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The paper towel was stored on the sink drain board and not in the dispenser.-all handwash sinks need soap and paper towel in suitable dispensers.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 2) The swinging door was broken and not secured to the hinges.-repair/replace the swinging door; you can also remove it as it is not required as per Food Regulation

      • The large can opener was dirty with sauce/debris on the cutting blade.-clean and sanitize the large can opener after use.

      • There were sauce/food spills/splatter on walls by the prep cooler and deep fryers.-clean all walls, floors, shelves, etc.Clean daily and weekly; clean spills as they occur.

      • There was only 1 drain plug for the 3-compartment dishwashing sink.-obtain 2 more drain plugs so the sinks can be filled to accommodate manual dishwashing/sanitizing.
