- Observation: The following areas and or pieces of equipmrnt observed dirty (some with old accumulations of mouse droppings) and are in need of cleaning and sanitizing:
- - Shelves, counters, and dollies;
- - cooling units inside, warmers and grill area shelves;
- -floor at and around beverage syrups;
- - Any non-functional coolers used for storage (all other coolers and equipment should be removed from premises.
- Corrective Action(s): Clean above as noted. Please ensure all cleaned equipment and surfaces also get a sanitize step in leiu of observed rodent droppings.

- Observation: - Floor in kitchen area becoming excessively pitted and worn. Wood under flooring visible in areas. As a result areas of the floor is not getting cleaned effectively. (Pictures taken).
- - Shelves in Pepsi Cooler severely deteriorated and rusted. Plastic coating flaking off in parts. Shelves are difficult to clean and flaking plastic poses a risk to food contamination.
- Corrective Action(s): - Floor requires replacement. Submit renovation plan for approval within three months. Floor replacement should be within a reasonable timeframe, preferrabley within six months to one year.
- **Replacement floor should be smooth, impervious to moisture, durable and light coloured.
- - Pepsi shelving requires replacement to facilitate cleaning and prevent food contamination.
- **Replace within thirty days or sooner. This will be reviewed on next scheduled inspection.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher chlorine residual at 0 ppm. Bucket 1/3 full, feed line full and observed dispensing at point of discharge. Some crystalization noted at point of discharge. Sodium hypochlorite bucket likely left over from last year. No other buckets in stock.
- Corrective Action(s): Replaced with commercial bleach as interim measure. Re-primed system and checked residual again. Measured 50 ppm. OK.
- **Order new bucket and have connected prior to re-inspection date noted on report.
