      • Sanitizer outside at the bbq area was at 100 ppm, but sanitizer in the kitchen area was below 50 ppm. New solution was prepared.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Test strips could not be located, but some were provided during the inspection. Ensure those preparing sanitizer solution for food contact surfaces and dishwashing are trained to test the solution each time it is prepared, before use.Solution must be at 100 ppm chlorine.
