      • Some mouse droppings were observed in the back dry storage room which must be cleaned. Pest control was reviewed.

      • Quats sanitizer solution was measured using LaMotte QAC QR test strips.Solution was measured to greatly exceed 400ppm.It was diluted to between 200-400ppm during the inspection.

      • One handwashing sink did not have paper towel. It was restocked during the inspection.
