      • Observation: Chrome wire rack shelving iniside the oudoor walk in cooler observed to be rusting.
      • Light intensity observed to be too low inside the indoor walk in cooler. Bulb appears to have malfunctioned
      • Front "Pass Through cooler" observed to be borlerline at 4 to 6 c. .
      • Corrective Action(s): Replace wire rack shelving unit
      • Replace bulb with one with brighter intensity
      • Verify the internal temperature of the "Pass through cooler" by placing a glass of water inside and using a probe thermometer to verify the internal temperature after 5 to 6 hours. Contact technician to service cooler if internal temperature is above 4c
