- Chemical dish sanitizer was not producing a chlorine reading at time of inspection. Please ensure dish sanitizer is repaired and capable of producing a chlorine reading of at least 50 ppm. Dishes can be washed in the machine but must be manually sanitized in sinks (2 minutes in 100 ppm chlorine) until machine is repaired.

Please ensure this area and baseboard area is properly sealed with materials that make it smooth, non-porous and easy to clean as this area is susceptible to moisture and failing to seal it properly may lead to mold or damaged building materials.
