- Scoops are not being washed with soap and water.**Scoops should be washed with soap and water as the clean step followed by the sanitize step. It was noted that soap detergent is limited due to facility organic certification. Select soap detergents that would meet organic certification.

- No chlorine test strips available. **Obtain chlorine test strips.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Owner noted that the bathroom located inside owner's private resident is being used as handwashing station. **Handwashing station for food preparation must be conducted in a dedicated sink and cannot be a bathroom sink.
- 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
- Owner turned off the 2 compartment sink due to issues about submitting monthly water samples during production. At the time of the inspection a jug of water with a pump was being used as a source of water.**Facility must have hot and cold running water at all times. Water sampling schedule can be assessed based on production frequency. If production is done daily or weekly then submission of water should be conducted monthly or quartterly. If production is done infrequently such as twice a year then water samples should be submitted a week before production.
