      • One of the coolers used for storing shelf stable sauces and produce was measured at around 8 to 10 degrees C. Eggs and dough were also stored in the same cooler.Discussed the concerns with the operator and asked to remove eggs and dough from the cooler and place them in the cooler capable of maintaining temperature at 4 degrees C.Violation was corrected during the inspection.
