- Observed open condiment containers - yellow mustard, tomato ketchup, and sweet relish bottles placed on the picnic table outside appeared dusty and are being exposed to high temperature. One of the staff in charge of the kitchen mentioned that tables are clean after each customer use, but the condiments remain out throughout the day.PHI educate staff on proper storage of condiments to prevent contamination from dust and making items unsafe for consumption.All condiments outside were thrown out into the garbage during inspection.Advised staff to ensure food items are stored as per manufacturer's instructions.
