- There were a few push pins observed holding up decorations in the Orange Room. Push pins can pose a choking hazard for young children. Push pins removed at the time of the inspection.

- The diaper change table did not have a safety buckle. A new diaper change pad with a safety buckle must be obtained.

- The first aid kit in the Green Room did not have tweezers. An extra pair of tweezers in another one of the first aid kids was moved to the first aid kit for the Green Room at the time of the inspection.
