      • The washroom in the toddler room did not have baseboards and the flooring was lifting up. Install baseboards in the bathroom.

      • There were several light fixtures throughout the facility that did not have covers. Covers must be installed on all light fixture covers.

      • There were a few push pins observed holding up decorations in the Orange Room. Push pins can pose a choking hazard for young children. Push pins removed at the time of the inspection.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • The diaper change table did not have a safety buckle. A new diaper change pad with a safety buckle must be obtained.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • There were several light fixtures throughout the facility that did not have covers. Covers must be installed on all light fixture covers.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • The first aid kit in the Green Room did not have tweezers. An extra pair of tweezers in another one of the first aid kids was moved to the first aid kit for the Green Room at the time of the inspection.

      • The water temperature for the blue room and orange room were high (Over 54C): --> Blue room: 56.5C --> Orange room: 58.3C --> Green Room: 50.7C --> Yellow Room: 49.8C --> Purple Room: 50.9CPlease ensure that the temperature is maximum 54C (recommended 49C). The water temperature should be lowered to prevent scalding or burns.
