- Observation(s): Grated cheese in grating bowl and equipment were being temporarily stored in a chest freezer containing commercially overwrapped chicken products. Cheese and food contact components were not in direct contact with freezer or chicken products. As discussed, ensure ready to eat products are always kept away from conditions that could potentially lead to product contamination.

- Observation(s): 1. A portion of the wall in the walk-in cooler directly facing the door appears to be worn and has moisture damage. Please repair to avoid mould/cleanliness issues. 2. The thermometer in the walk-in cooler (an outdoor garden thermometer) may not be accurate and is hard to read. Please replace with a more accurate unit (preferably NSF certified). 3. Lighting in the walk-in unit is to be shatterproof. The incandescent bulb can be replaced with an LED bulb to achieve this. The sandwich fridge had broken down and was not being used at the time of visit. Please ensure the unit maintains a temperature of 4°C or colder prior to placing food back in the unit. In the interim, place a thermometer in any fridge storing sub sandwiches to ensure temperatures are maintained at 4°C or colder.

Just went in to buy myself a sweet treat. The lady behind the counter was incredibly cold and rude, don’t know if she just had a bad day but either way will not be going back in there. Bad atmosphere.

Girl working was extremely rude—made me feel like I was ruining her day just by paying for gas. Also, if you prepay and don’t use the full amount, it doesn’t automatically go back on your card. I had no idea, and they told me I’d have to come back in person to get the rest of my money. Really frustrating experience.

Was charged $139 instead of $13.90 for a purchase. I was refunded in Canadian dollars, but I am from America and am returning tomorrow, so Canadian physical currency is not ideal. Understanding that mix-ups happen, I hoped that the cashier would offer at least a discounted price from the items I purchased. This was not the case, even when I politely asked. So I paid full price for my items and was sent out the door. Very poor customer service.

This place was recommended to us by the people at the visitor centre in town. Gas here is cheaper than anywhere else in Revy. You have to pay inside, and the only only premium gas they have is marked gas. Convenience store has a good variety of grocery items for sale as well. Some prepared food available too.

The regular grade gas was absolute trash. The engine started making started making strange noises on a brand new car (Ford SUV). DO NOT BUY GAS FROM THIS GAS STATION. This will ruin your engine, your gas quality is awful at this gas station!!! Will ruin it.

Cheapest gas in revelstoke this store has a little of everything! They even rent avalanche beacons and packs. Great subs and sandwiches. . Lots of Italian groceries locally owned Try their deli meats European sourced pasta and fresh baked goods.
