- Extensive fly presence was observed behind the light covers and on light fixtures throughout the facility.Flies were observed moving during the inspection.Correction:- Utilize proactive pest control measures during periods of non-use- Remove "dead flies" from light fixtures- Seal gaps in weather stripping that permit the entrance of pests during hours of operation
