      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two buckets of pearls were stored at room temperature. One bucket was measured at 20°C and the other at 50°C. No time stamps and records found. Staff stated "time as public health measure" being used. - 4 hours and discard.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure time stamps are clearly labelled and recorded when it is discarded.
