- Quat sanitizer in spray bottle was <200ppm. Corrected during inspection; now at 200-400ppm.

- There were some mouse dropping on the floor around the water filter/softener; remove droppings and clean and sanitize area. Ensure there is some mouse control devices in this area.

- The chlorine sanitizer for the dishmachine was too weak. New bottle of sanitizer attached; dishmachine now dispensing 100ppmm chlorine during rinse cycle.

- There is a hole around the wastewater piping for the back handsink (nearest door into dining area) and the access door for the plumbing access panel is missing. Please repair wall and install the access door.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- There was a rusty and damaged metal sieve on shelf. To be discarded.
