      • A bag of potatoes was found stored directly on the floor. Potatoes were moved during inspection. Ensure that foods in absorbent containers are kept up off the floor.

      • Test strips for chlorine sanitizer could not be located at the time of inspection. Locate suitable test strips and have available onsite to verify sanitizer concentrations a needed.
