PEELING PAINT OBSERVED FROM CEILING OF MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM IN BASEMENT; MUST REMOVE AND REPAINT. (THERE IS A LEAK ABOVE THIS AREA WHICH NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BEFORE PAINTING CAN BE DONE). ADVISED TO OBTAIN A WORK ORDER IF PROBLEM NOT CORRECTED BY SEPTEMBER. WALL COVING ALONG WALLBASE OF TEACHERS LOUNGE ON SECOND FLOOR IS MISSING; MUST PROVIDE.
