      • Observation: Some of the lighting in the food preparation area was not covered with a shatter-proof material. Public Health Significance: Lack of shatter-proof cover over the lights may lead to physical contamination of food in the event the light bulb shatters. Such contaminated food items if consumed can cause adverse health effects.
      • Corrective Action: The operator must ensure that the missing shatter-proof cover is installed.
