- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no sanitizer in the sanitizer spray bottle and it wasn't labeled. Employees are using vinegar and water to wipe down the customer tables.
- Corrective Action(s): Food prep areas and equipment must be cleaned using a sanitizer solution NOT vinegar and water. Make a fresh sanitizer solution and label the bottle.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Items were being stored inside the hand sink. Clean dishware was stored directly under the soap dispenser.
- 2) Soap dispenser at the 2-compartment sink ran out after I washed my hands.
- Corrective Action(s): 1)Do not block hand sink. It must be available for handwashing at all times. Do not store items directly under the soap dispenser. The soap can easily get on the cups used for the drinks and dishware used for making drinks.
- 2) Refill the soap dispenser.

- Observation: A cockroach noted inside the front cupboard. Flies noted in the syrup area. A plant is being stored on top of the ice machine which is also attracting flies.
- Corrective Action(s): Remove the plant from this area. Keep the counters and shelves clean. You must wipe down the areas with sanitizer.

- Observation: Sausage roll in the display case probed at 11 degC; samosa probed at 10 degC. This is a recurring issue.
- Corrective Action(s): Move all the samosas and sausage rolls into another cooler and only keep 1 of each item in the display case for display purposes only (not for resale). Discard the ones from the display case at the end of the night. Going forward, you cannot store potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) in this cooler unless it's for display only.
