- Chlorine based dishwasher is not able to dispense sanitizer and air bubble was observed in the lines. Please ensure to sanitize the dishes in three-compartment sink to prevent growth of unwanted pathogens.Please ensure that the dishwasher is fixed or repaired and maintain a chlorine sanitizer concentration of 100ppm.

- No chlorine test strips were observed on-site. Please ensure to have test strips in order measure the concentration of the sanitizer dispensing in the dishwasher (i.e., chlorine at 100ppm).
