      • The hand washing sinks in room 4, 5, and 6 were noted to be not warm enough for proper hand hygiene. Operator changed the temperature setting to increase the temperature, not exceeding the recommended maximum water temperature of 49 degrees Celsius.

      • There was foam toys observed in green room. They are not made with durable, cleanable materials. Corrected during the inspection. They are removed from the room. Please make sure toys or equipment used onsite are made with material which easily cleaned and sanitized.

      • * Toddler red room white shelf bottom back area plywood wall was broken. Please make sure it is repaired.

      • *Bathroom door in Red room was not in good repair. Please make sure it is repaired.* Paper towel dispenser in the 3 years old room was not in good repair. Please make sure it is repaired.

      • In 2 rooms there was no adequate hot water at the hand sinks. Corrected during the inspection by the operator

      • Couple of the sanitizer bottles were not labelled. Please make sure all sanitizer bottles are labelled properly. Corrected during the inspection.

      • Some of the bed cots were not in clean condition infant and toddler rooms. Please make sure cleaning is done and you may need to cover them while they are not in use.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Each room had separate diaper rash cream incase children's their own cream is ran out. Staff using glove to get the cream from the original container. Please make sure disposable Tongue Depressors are supplied to get the cream from the container to prevent contamination of the cream.
