- (2) Wiping cloths observed on the food prep table and on the fruit container lid in the prep cooler.
- Corrective Action(s): (1) Operator discarded the ice and conducted a deep cleaning inside the ice machine during the inspection. No presence of mildew noted. Ensure to clean the ice machine on a regular basis.
