- Mice droppings observed in the walk-in-cooler, a recent pest control report showed 4 dead mice found in traps. Please continue to monitor for pest activity and seal all holes to the facility.

- 1. The faucet at equipment washing sink in shisha processing room was wobbly.-Repair the faucet.2. Raw wood was used in the frame supporting the countertop in shisha room.- Ensure to paint/seal the raw wood in the shisha room.3. The baseboards were missing from the wall behind the chest freezer.- Install baseboards
