      • Window in the Room A/OSC room was broken and taped (newer bay). Replace broken glass.

      • Some art supplies that had warning labels not to be used for children were observed in newer bay Preschool B and Preschool/Kinder rooms. They were removed during the inspection.

      • Chlorine bleach concentration was 0 ppm in the Room 2, Room 3 and washroom (older bay). It was addressed during the inspection.

      • Ceiling tiles were stained in Preschool A and Preschool/Kinder room (newer bay). Remove the source of water infiltration an replace affected tiles.

      • 1. No soap was provided in the Preschool B washroom (newer bay) (dispenser was empty). 2. Paper towels roll was not in an appropriate dispenser in Room 2 washroom (older bay).
