      • The washroom door in younger toddler Room B was observed with a diaper placed in the corner to assist with closing the door. Ensure the diaper is removed and the door is repaired to close properly.

      • Children's diapering supplies were observed touching in the infant room.Ensure personal diapering supplies are kept separate, such as through the use of containers or adequate physical spacing.

The silicone seals behind the handwashing sinks in the boys and girls washrooms in the OSC room were observed to be in disrepair. 3. Several ceiling tiles in rooms A, D and OSC in 2809 116 Street were observed to be water stained. 1. Please ensure the indicated crack is sealed to render the surface smooth, resistant to moisture and easy to clean. 2. Ensure the indicated seals are refinished to be smooth and easy to clean.3. Ensure the indicated ceiling tiles are replaced.

      • A bottle of Purexall disinfectant with an expiration date of 2022 was observed in the washroom across from younger toddler Room B. Please ensure all chemicals are maintained within their expiry dates. The operator discarded the indicated chemical during the inspection.

      • Paint labelled for ages 6+ was observed in the younger preschool Room D. Please ensure paints are age appropriate for the children in the room. The operator removed the indicated paint during the inspection.

      • Chlorine bleach concentration was 0 ppm in the Room 2, Room 3 and washroom (older bay). It was addressed during the inspection.

      • Ceiling tiles were stained in Preschool A and Preschool/Kinder room (newer bay). Remove the source of water infiltration an replace affected tiles.
