- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- It was observed that an older mouse dropping was present in a storage cupboard area. Remove all kitchen ware and clean the area. Please take precautions when completing clean-up ie. PPE, 1-9 5% bleach water solution etc. Wash and sanitize all ware that was in the cupboard. The facility operator has monitoring traps set throughout the facility.
