- Facility is not sampling their water for bacteriological parameters at an acceptable frequency. Corrective action: In order for us to determine the vulnerability of your water system to microbial contamination, you must increase your sampling frequency. For the next 6-8 weeks, please sample your water on a weekly basis. After this baseline is established, sampling frequency can be reduced to once per month.

- A copy of the facility's Food Handling Permit is not being displayed. Corrective action: Please ensure that your permit is displayed for public view before the next event occurs. The operator indicated that they are in the process of printing and posting a copy of the permit.
