      • Sanitizer bottles were observed without labels in most classrooms.-Please label all sanitizer bottles with chemical name and concentration to prevent misuse.

      • 1. Extraneous materials were observed on the diapering surface.-Please remove all items from the diapering surface to ensure the surface and the surrounding area can be properly cleaned and sanitized after each diapering procedure.2. Children’s bibs were observed in the hand sink adjacent to the diapering station.-Please remove and refrain from placing any food-related items in the hand sink to prevent potential contamination.-Please clean and sanitize the affected bibs and store them appropriately.

      • Cane rattan mouthed toy backets which could be difficult to properly clean and sanitize, were observed in some classrooms.-Please replace such toy containers with smooth, non-absorbent and easy-to-clean containers.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature was measured at 17°C in the facility’s shared washrooms and at the hand sink in Classroom 4.-Please increase and maintain the hot water temperature between 38°C and 43°C to support effective handwashing practices.
