    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • - No approved sanitizer solution present. Please ensure one of the approved sanitizers (e.g. chlorine, quaternary ammonium-based compound or Iodine) is acquired.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • - No chlorine test strips onsite at the time of inspection. Please ensure test strips are acquired to ensure minimum effective concentration is achieved. E.g. 100 ppm for bleach solution.
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • - Up to date bacteriological water sample required. Last sample taken December 10, 2025. Monthly water sampling is required.
