- The following perishable items were discarded from a fridge left at a temperature of 8-10C for an extended period of time: 1x international delight coffee creamer hazelnut, 2x international delight coffee creamer french vanilla, 2x can of whipped cream, 1x small bowl of prepared gravy.

- The fridge's dial had been adjusted to the warmest setting, and internal temperatures ranged from 8-10C. Perishable items were discarded at the request of the PHI and the dial was adjusted with staff instructed to monitor internal temperature and not to store perishable items until it was capable of maintaining 4C or colder at all times.
