- The following unprotected food items were discarded:
- 1. Mesh bag of onions

- Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all food items from storage area to protect from contamination during treatement.
- 2. Pest control operator to treat building (all potentially affected areas). Ensure that all recommendations of pest control operator are followed.
- 3. Remove any potential harbourage areas, including but not limited to carboard boxes. Seal any potential entrance points. Ensure that any opened foods are stored in pest proof containers.
