      • -Some of the food items (such as powdered coffee beans, flour, salt and other dried foods) were portioned and repackaged by the staff. The repackaged food items were not labeled with the ingredients, name or allergen information. December 2, 2025: portioned flour bags and powdered coffee were observed without any labels.Action required:-Staff was instructed to keep the original packaging onsite for review and label the food items- mention the name, content and allergen information (if applicable).
