- Front area frozen yogurt freezer lid is open. Lids are to be kept closed on these units at ALL times to prevent from possible product contamination. Staff advises that lids are kept open because frozen yogurt is too hard to scoop, this is NOT acceptable, adjust temp on unit to lower level if this is the case.Note - this issue has been noted during previous inspections and has NOT been corrected.
