      • The scoops were stored inside the refrigerated sliced/cut fruits/berries. Some of the scoop handles were directly touching the food items. Instruction provided to ensure the scoop handles should not be touching the food items (handle should face upwards to prevent cross-contamination). Correction done onsite.

      • "Outstanding violation"-Infra-red thermometer to measure the surface temperatures of the coolers and freezers was not functional.Action required:-Please replace the batteries.
