- February 12, 2024:The ambient air temperature of the front display measured 11.5 degrees Celsius. Internal temperatures of food measured:Egg wrap= 13.5 degrees CelsiusBooster balls= 13.4 degrees CelsiusPerishable food in this cooler was discarded. Have the cooler serviced/repaired. Do not use this cooler for perishable food until the cooler can maintain 4 degrees Celsius or less at all times.February 21, 2019:The front display cooler that contains sandwiches and protein balls had a measured temperature of 7.6 Celsius. This temperature was measured using a calibrated probe thermometer. The refrigerator thermometer inside the front display cooler was reading 1 Celsius.The food inside the cooler was relocated to a cooler that can keep a temperature at or below 4 Celsius. **Please ensure the front-display cooler is capable of maintaining a temperature of 4 Celsius at all times. Ensure the refrigerator thermometer is working properly by comparing its reading with a measurement from your probe thermometer.**
