- Raw wood was exposed by the side of the counters.Fix the counters to a smooth, non-absorbent to moisture and easy to clean surfaces.Previous violation:The polish on the shelves was getting worn off and raw wood was exposed.-Please ensure that the shelves are refinished or covered with material which is impervious to moisture and easily cleanable.

- " Outstanding violation" The temperature of the display cooler was 8C. -The food was measured around 6C, was removed and placed in a chest cooler.-Repair/replace the cooler.-The high-risk food should be stored at 4C or less.Re-inspection conducted on December 31, 2024,The display cooler was inspected but the temperature for the display cooler was still at 8 degrees C.-Repair/replace the cooler.-The perishable food items must be stored at 4C or less under refrigeration.
