- Pre-made paninis and wraps packaged on January 7 or earlier were stored in the front display cooler, which was observed at 10–12 °C. An internal temperature of 11 °C was measured in one wrap using a probe thermometer. All affected items were discarded.

- The front display cooler measured 10–12 °C. The display thermometer was positioned directly on the cooler fan, showing an inaccurate reading of 3 °C. When moved into the actual food display area, the temperature increased significantly. High-risk items placed in the cooler approximately one hour prior (as per labels) were relocated to a different cooler, and other high-risk items were discarded.
