      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop stored on the top of the ice machine. Scoop is in contact with the outer surface of the machine. This can lead to cross contamination when used to scoop ice
      • Corrective Action(s): Store ice scoop in a container when not in use. Ensure to clean and sanitize the scoop and the container at the end of each day.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Unless the premises provides a written sanitation plan on how the wiping cloths are to be properly laundered and sanitized after use the cloths must only be used once then discarded. Wiping cloths observed drying on shelf. These were discarded.
      • Corrective Action(s): Submit a written sanitation for review if premises wants to reuse wiping cloths. Keep the "single use" disposable towels in quat sanitizer and change every 2 hours. These towels are always discarded at the end of the day.
