- Observation: The mechanism inside the ice machine has a build up of mold and slimy debris. Debris noted floating in the water tank as pointed out to staff on duty. Water in the water tank is not clear. Pictures taken during inspection. This is a repeat offense.
- Corrective Action(s): Discard all the ice. Unplug the machine. Thoroughly clean the inside of the unit. The ice machine MUST be cleaned and sanitized on a regular schedule. If this infraction is coded again, a violation ticket may be issued.

- 2) The chopped up peppers are being stored inside an insert on top of a paper towel. This is not acceptable. The paper towel will soak up any water and break apart within the insert. This will contaminate the peppers.
- Corrective Action(s): 1) The water filters MUST be changed regularly (usually every 4-6 months). Replace all the filters and put dates on them to indicate the next time they should be changed. Get this done by next Monday (Nov. 20th).
