- During the inspection, an employee was observed touching her hair and then immediately resuming food handling activities without first washing her hands. Laura, the onsite supervisor was advised to instruct all employees to wash hands thoroughly after touching hair or any other potential source of contamination and before handling food. Laura was also advised to educate employees about safe use of gloves and proper hand hygiene.
