     • Observation: The ceiling covers in the dry good storage area are missing (Public Health Significance) This exposes the stored product to contamination from debris, dirts that might be trapped in the roof
     • Corrective Action: Replace the missing ceilings
   • 301 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
     • Observation: Cooling vent in the walk-in freezer is covered in dirt (Public Health Significance) Dirty cooling vents could harbour microbes that causes respiratory illnesses and also could lead to direct contamination of stored products
     • Corrective Action: Clean and disinfect the cooling vents after the end of operation, Ensure all stored items in the cooling unit is protected from contamination during cleaning process.

     • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Ice machine had small spot of bio-film build up above the ice, which could lead to direct contamination
     • Corrective Action: The supervisor immediately corrected this violation by carefully wiping and removing the bio-film build up without contaminating the ice
