- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Previously used scoop for nutella (new smoothie flavour) observed being stored in room temperature water with food debris inside. This could allow for bacterial growth in the water and could contaminate food/drinks. Dipper well available but staff stated it was kept separate for allergen separation.
- Corrective Action(s): Scoop must either be washed after each use or water bath must be maintained with ice (then properly washed/sanitized before being placed in a fresh container of ice/water). Scoop and bath changed out during inspection.
