    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Confirmed that there are 3-compartment stainless steel sinks in the kitchen facility and manual dishwashing is the method of warewashing.Ensure chlorine test strip papers are supplied to verify the proper concentration of chlorine which is minimum 100 ppm for dishwashing.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • More than likely the facility does not have a valid food handling permit.Subsequently, our Department will faciltate the issuance of a NEW food handling permit for the kitchen component.
