      • Cold storage temperatures were confirmed to be acceptable, with the exception of one prep cooler containing pickles, tomatoes, and parsley. This cooler was found to be warm, and it was concluded that the breaker had likely been turned off during cleaning. The food was discarded, and the breaker was reset. The manager will check the temperature to ensure it meets the required standards. Notably, this cooler does not contain any ingredients used in the Thai chicken salad.Hot temperatures were confirmed to be acceptable.

      • The ice machine was noted to be leaking through the wall.The manager indicated that he was aware of this and has plans to empty it tonight and address the issue.The wall must be completely dried; we talked about using a moisture meter to confirm dryness.

      • The handwash sink on the front line was continually running water that appeared too hot to be used for handwashing i.e. steam observed coming off the water. Please advise when this sink has been repaired.

      • Single use containers should not be used to measure foods as they cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized.Please ensure utensils are removed from foods when placing them into storage.Please ensure all foods are stored off the floor in the walk-in cooler.

      • The prep cooler was warm however there was a company on site trying to repair the issue. As discussed, please move high risk foods out of this cooler if it cannot be repaired within 2 hours.Recommend monitoring the meat sauce temperature as discussed. The unit was observed at the hottest setting at the time of inspection and product was 60 C however these units typically are not operated on the highest setting. This could be an indication that the element is not working as well as before. Recommend keeping an eye on this.

      • In the bar area, there is a leak under the cupboard. REPAIRPop syrup is leaking on floor and shelving in the kitchen. CLEAN UPDishwasher trays are dirty. CLEAN AND/OR REPLACE

Please ensure there is no moisture behind the wall and this area needs to be repaired so that it is smooth and impervious to moisture.
