- Back exit doors had a gap at the bottom of the door; the weatherstripping appeared to be deteriorated or not low enough to the frame/ground.- Replace and/or re-install door sweeps at the exterior door. There shouldn't be any gaps or light that can be observed.

Caulking at the dish table (near dishwasher) for soiled dishes was discolored and deteriorating.- Replace the caulking and ensure it is made of material that is smooth, durable, and easy to clean.2. Mold and rust build-up were noted on the shelving unit in the walk-in beer cooler.- Please clean or replace the shelving rack.
