- Light was visible at the bottom of both back doors due to a gap under the weather stripping. Please ensure the weather strips are maintained in good repair to prevent the entry of pests.

- There was buildup of food debris on the cooler shelves. There was buildup of grease on the sides of the cooking equipment and on the floor beside the gas stove top. Hard to reach areas such as floor corners and underneath equipment required cleaning.May 21, 2026: Prepared food cooler shelves continued to have food debris buildup. Hard to reach spaces, such as floor corners and underneath equipment continue to require cleaning. Floor in the kitchen food freezer requires cleaning.

- The cooler drawers in the steaming table unit measured a temperature of 12 degrees Celsius. Food was removed from the drawers and returned to a cooler operating at a temperature less than 4 degrees Celsius.
