      • Corrective Action(s): All Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer in spray bottles was discarded during the inspection. Re-calibrate dispenser to dispense within the required range of Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer (272 - 700 ppm DDBSA/704 - 1875 ppm Lactic Acid). Facility will be using 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer until the dispenser has been re-calibrated.
