- Observation: It was noted during the inspection that cooked chicken was stored uncovered on the rack inside the walk-in cooler. It was noted that the good items inside a cardboard box was directly stored under the condenser fan inside the freezer allowing water dripping and freezing on the cardboard box with food inside it.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff member immediately covered the chicken inside the walk-in cooler with a lid and moved the cardboard box inside the freezer.
