- Observation(s): Facility uses a bleach/water solution in spray bottles for surface sanitizer. 3 spray bottles labelled as 'bleach/water' were on site; however, when tested with EHO test strips, the concentrations of the solutions came back as 0ppm indicating that no active sanitizing agent was present.
