      • Some of the doors to the outside have been left open; please keep closed to prevent entry by flies, mice and other rodents. Corrected during inspection.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Some of the paint in chipping off the floor in the walk-in-cooler and freezers; these units are not functional so will just be used for storage of low risk foods and/or other non-food items.Floor to be repainted.
