- 1.Some toys are being placed to dry on a cloth towel which is a surface that is absorbent and can remain wet and allow the growth of bacteria.2.Some wooden crate like boxes are noted in the play area that have splintering wood along panels which could cause injury.3.There are wicker type baskets in use that are used for storage of toys which are not smooth and easily cleanable.4.Some shelving, counters and other areas including the inside and outside of the oven in the room is noted to have buildup of debris and grime.1.Ensure that a large enough dish drying rack is obtained to allow all dishes to be dried on the rack.2.Ensure that the boxes are repaired to be smooth and splinter free or replaced.3.Ensure that the wicker baskets are cleaned and sanitized. 4.Ensure the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized.
